Apartment Review for Whispering Pines - Fort Collins, CO

new manager had her hands full when she came here. There were a lot of undesireable tenants here. Obviously the ones who wrote bad reviews. The grounds are lovely, the pools were fresh and clean every day for the last two summers and our apartment sparkled when we moved in. If management or owner has to get after someone for disturbing other tenants or not paying rent, that is their job.
