6/16/08 There is no tennis court. The surface is broken and full of weeds and debris. There is no volleyball court, just sand with a cement pole laying around. There is no security, anywhere , ever. There is a pool you just can't use it. Ducks can. One side of the parking lot is a pool after any kind of rain. The dishwashers are frequently broken as are the refrigerators (which freeze and leak water) If you are allergic to bees or wasps bring your epi pen. If you are allergic to mold bring a respirator. If you want clean laundry you will need 1.25 for a wash and at least 1.50 per dry Late fees are 100.00 plus 5.00 a day Lock yourself out it's 5.00 if you can find the landlord or get her to answer her phone. Air conditioners stink literally. Cigarette butts outnumber the stars in the sky. Outside walls of the building could qualify as a nature preserve. Entertainment for children zero........ Entertainment for adults consists mainly of calling the police to report drunk and disorderlies. Also keeping children away from abandoned alcohol, cigarettes and not stepping in dog poo. Wish the owners and landlord would clean it up.......
