Apartment Review for Whispering Pines - Fort Collins, CO

Being a tenant at Whispering Pines, I have learned to love it. I am a student and work full time, but am not the average partying student. Although not everything is wonderful, yes it needs a paint job on the outside and the rails are getting old, it is an older apartment complex! The price is right in there, perfect for any family. The landlord is very helpful, whenever I have a probem she is right there to answer it.
