Apartment Review for Whispering Pines - Fort Collins, CO

This apartment complex is DISGUSTING. If you have any class at all this is not the place for you. Sure, the fact that the managment doesn't do any criminal background or credit checks to move in sure is mighty appealing.. TO CRIMINALS. The apartments are dirty and disgusting and they have no willingness to actually fix anything that is in them. The new manager may have been better than the old one but not by much. She openly talked about other residents not having paid their rent in over 4 months. You car WILL get broken into in this parking lot unless you drive a 72 Pinto with no stereo. The other residents are LOUD and they gather in large packs to smoke, seemingly always just outside your door. They let their dogs and cats defecate all over the common areas and refuse to clean it up. There are several apartments in just the west side of the complex that have been busted for dealing all different varieties of drugs. The police are a common sight in this complex, day and night. So if you are a criminal that doesn't mind living in filth and wants to get away with not paying your rent for 4 months, this is DEFINITELY the apartment complex for you!!
