The new manager has really cleaned this place up. There was a problem with drugs but she has gotten rid of ALL of those problems. The old maintenance man that had been doing things he should not have is gone and replaced with one that does his job well. It is more like a community now and you often find people hanging out in the courtyard with their families. It is a friendly inviting place to live.
