Apartment Review for Whispering Pines - Fort Collins, CO

Ron Helten, owner, is concerned only with his bottom line with little regard for quality. His maintenance personel at this complex, one of many of his properties, is out of control. He has been known to enter tenent's homes at will, without permission, start and escelate verbal altercations with tenents with little to no provocation & is very dishonest. His employer, Mr. Helten is content to look the other way stating that "Gary is the best maintenance man I've ever had," while most units are clearly in disrepair or repairs are done in the sloppiest manner. The grounds at this property are rarely clean. Mr. Helten is aware of these issues and chooses inaction or inappropriate anger in dealing with complaints. Mr. Helton frequently verbally abuses his managers and can often be heard doing so over the phone and in person with the leasing office door closed. I am a tenent, not a manager, by the way.
