Apartment Review for Whispering Pines Apartments - Fort Collins, CO

I have lived in this apartment complex for 10 and a half months not 12 months because the manager dosen't know how to count months or dollar signs unless its to her advantage. I have to move out at the end of the month because the manager wont renew my lease becasuse i complained to the city inspector about repairs that were not getting adressed. The leak in my master bedroom bathroom to this day has not been addressed. I was told that because we have 2 bathrooms we were not in any inconvience. To this day i am still being harrased by the manager including being accused of being part of stealing a car. She treatens minors with having there parents arrested and always uses threats if she dosent like what you are doing. Once you get on her shit list there is no getting off of it and you will be harrased to the point of just wanting to leave. She even goes as far as intimidaing someone to move because of the guests that they choose to hang out with. The police are tired of coming to this place and could put in a substation becasue they are always there and have been called to my address at least 3 times in the last week because of the harrasment that she keeps doing to my minor daughter. Its unbelievable that no in fort collins will listen and stop this women.
