In addition to the management messing around with the rent, and probably pocketing part of it, This place is a total dump, ugly as sin and visited by the cops (for a domestic dispute or arrest) on a fairly daily basis. My car was once arbitrarily towed in their parking lot (for which there is no legal recourse for an arbitrary towing), It was also broken into after a complaint was made to the management about a domestic disturbance. Additionally, the management threatens anyone who files complaints with the city about them with eviction. Wether it's actually legal or not. In fact, I'm pretty sure this is just the icing on the cake for illegal things going on with this place, seeing as the City Of Fort Collins has demonstrated TOTAL ineffectuality toward the place illegally threatening it's tenants and extorting government rent subsidies. Do not go near this place.
