Apartment Review for Village Gardens - Fort Collins, CO

Outside appearance is nice, and the inside of my apartment looks decent, although the quality of fixtures, doors, etc. is very poor. The noise level is very bad. The neighbor above me probably weighs less than 100 lbs but sounds like a train when walking around and listens to the radio at a ridiculous level (I can hear talk radio word for word when it's playing). My neighbors have complained about the noise level as well, so it isn't just me. The number of administrative fees charged for everything is unbelievable. Apparently the water and gas are averaged for everyone which takes away any incentive to be thrifty with energy use. A positive, I like the location. Overall I cannot recommend this place. There are better locations and better values in Fort Collins.
