Apartment Review for The Woodlands - Fort Collins, CO

We moved here because we were looking for a place with cheap rent and it worked out perfectly for us. We were worried about the place after hearing some bad reviews, but apparently the management changed before we got here. We were surprised at how much we liked the place; the landscape was always kept nicely, they renovated the pool while we were here and heated it, when our dishwasher broke they had a new one for us in 2 days, maintenance was always on the grounds during the day time and they had emergency maintenance at night. The maintenance guys were really friendly and helpful. It is right next to FRCC so it was convenient to get to class, and it is also close to a nice big park and elementary school for kids. It backs to a really nice neighborhood which allows for safe walks with your kids or pet. Parking was easy, but the parking spaces are a bit small. Office staff has always been helpful including during move-in, during our stay and during move-out. I am sad to leave since my daughter spent her first year of life here, but we need more space for our family. The only complaint I've ever had is that there seem to be a lot of spiders in the apartment but I guess that could happen anywhere.
