Apartment Review for The Woodlands - Fort Collins, CO

Walkways are salted w/ toxic mix hazardous to pets, burning their paws and making them ill if ingested, if the walks are cleared at all. Most of the time it’s very lazy. Trees are left scraping sides of buildings. Shingles that flew off the rooftops are left lying in the grass for weeks. Doors and windows not properly insulated. Loud tenants are ignored, especially since one is part of the maintenance crew. Office staff is unprofessional in talking about tenants. Lighting is shotty in many areas of the complex and left without repair. Work orders for maintenance are not addressed within time frame promised. This low-income housing isn’t very low-income in price, but it sure is with regard to professionalism, care-taking and maintenance.
