Office Staff Missing in Action - No Maintenance

The staff shows one apartment when you are looking to rent. You are then offered a totally different grade of apartment on move-in day. Maintenance staff has been nasty and missing in action. They make promises they don't keep. Make appointments and you show up and the office is closed early, and for the entire weekend when they are supposed to be open on Saturdays. They have a "take it, or leave it" attitude.  Need to rent an apartment?
