Apartment Review for The Seasons - Fort Collins, CO

I moved into the Seasons three years ago, and have been regretting that decision ever since. What you need to know: Parking is a joke. There is one assigned space per apartment, and guests will never find a place to park. Many people have resorted to parking on the street, and have had their cars broken into. The management is horrible. The concerns of residents go mostly unanswered. For example, during the snowstorm of 2003, residents remained stuck in their garages and parking spots for several extra days while the management waited for the lowest bidder to come plow the parking lot. It's loud. You might think that college students would be driven away by the relatively high rent and distance from the college, but you'd be wrong. These are rentals, and weeknight parties are the norm. I could go on and on, but in summary, let me say that renting at the Seasons has been a very bad experience, and you've been warned.
