Apartment Review for The Preserve At The Meadows - Fort Collins, CO

This complex is very nice partucularly in the summer. When I moved at the nd of May there was plenty of parking, it was quiet and a very nice place to live overall until September when the students returned for the fall semister. After that there was no parking, and the noise level increased to annoying levels particularly at 2:00 AM when people were getting back from the bars. Unfortunatly there isn't much you can do about the noise since most of the drunks outside shouting are home and passed out before the complex can get anyone out there to hassle them. The staff has a tendency to send out condecending notices about noise levels and picking up after your dog (Even if you don't have one). Overall a lot of small annoyences add up to a mediocre complex that costs a lot of money to live in.
