Apartment Review for The Preserve At The Meadows - Fort Collins, CO

The apartment complex is new and it is rather nice, but I feel that we could have found something that was still nice but not quite so expensive. The appliences were all new and it was nice having a washer and dryer right in our apartment. Any problems we had (except for the internet) were fixed in a timely manner. The internet went down quite often and sometimes took awhile (months in one case) to fix, which caused a lot of headaches for us. Furthermore, the heating is very inefficient since the vents are right below the 9-foot ceilings and it takes awhile for the heat to get down to the floor.
