Apartment Review for Rls Management - Fort Collins, CO

The staff is rude and uncomprimising. The grounds are unkept. They don't monitor their tenants with dogs, there is dog poop everywhere, I won't even let my kids play outside. I see beer bottles in the grass. This place is falling apart. The maitnence people come in and fix things and leave the place a mess. When I moved in 2 1/2 years ago my rent was below $600 and now I'm paying $660, and this place has income requirements!!! Beware of this place and don't rent from this place if you don't have too.
