Apartment Review for River Glen - Fort Collins, CO

River Glen is an ideal spot if you don't have dogs, don't mind being by a High School, enjoy traffic activity, like an over-priced apartment, and don't mind waiting two months before maintenance will even knock on your door. The crime rate in the area is moderate, mostly keyed cars and a few break ins. The pros would be that there is a hot tub, pool, coin operated laundry (like rent isn't enough), dog waste stations, and some apartments have a fire place (not sure last time they were clean, could be a fire hazard.) Overall, shop around and definitely visit other apartment complexes and compare rates.
