Apartment Review for Rams Village - Fort Collins, CO

I lived here for 10 months and they were the most ridiculous waste of money and time. I was constantly fighting with managment for money that they owed to me. The appearance was attrocious. They are raising prices again which is outrageous. The pool was only open for about 2 months while I lived there. They had woodpeckers living in our vents and in our fire place which caused for tons of noise. The security guards were never there to keep it safe but to get on our case when we were outside our own apartment. Things were constantly broke, missing or warped.

Upon move out they charged us for things that were far out of our control just to keep out deposit.....Overall its fun because of all the college students but that is the only upside to this apartment complex
