Apartment Review for Rams Pointe - Fort Collins, CO

they show you this great apartment and then move you into a shit-hole with mold above the shower, decaying floors because of a leaky fridge, no screen on the window, crusty carpets and couch, and they overcharge you for everything and it takes the maintenance five trips and lots of complaining before they actually fix things right. the staff there is comletely incompetent- all they know how to do is give pre-scripted, by the book answers that they look up on their computers, and if you ask someone for help with something thats not part of their job, you have to repeatedly attempt to contact the person who is responsible for that particular task.
