Apartment Review for Rams Pointe - Fort Collins, CO

I lived here my sophomore year @ CSU (2001-2002). Now, while some things may have changed.. I can't complain TOO much. Just moving out of the dorms, I didn't have any furniture, so moving into a furnished place was handy- they don't call them the "sophomore dorms" for nothing!

I lived on the 3rd floor which was beneficial for noise, so not much complaint there. Maintenance was halfway decent depending on our request... but they did have a tendency to just walk in without notice- whether they informed you they'd notify you or not.. just be aware of that. Definitely felt safe, and like I said, it was quiet, but we were also in the very last building in the back, so that may have helped quite a bit.

Only incidences I recall were when our trash got funky and so we put it outside our door for the next person to take to the dumpster... honestly, not for an entire hour even.. and someone from management called to tell us we couldn't do that. It's not like we STORED our trash there, but just set it out so our apt. wouldn't stink. Plus, we were on the third floor- the only other people who would have seen it were the people across the hall, and we know they didn't report us b/c they did it too! Anyway, just keep in mind that what they warn you about in the lease, REALLY sticks.

Overall, this is a very decent place for someone in their second year of school... anyone older might choose to look elsewhere.
