Apartment Review for Ramblewood - Fort Collins, CO

This place is disgusting to say the least. The wall A/C unit had a huge hole on each side which we could see through to the outside from and when they came to seal it they sprayed the foam filler stuff and then said the next day they would come and smooth it out ... conveniently they never did. I am counting the days until I can move out. Our heat went out and when we called them to let them know they said they would take care of it when they could...this was almost a week ago. The office staff are rude the majority of the time and people party in every building like there is no tomorrow. The carpets are disgusting and were the day we moved in. The bathrooms look like they are from 1902. If you choose to move here you will regret it...and according to their website they have washer dryer hookups??? I am yet to see where those are...the onsite laundry room is always dirty and the washers smell disgusting too. GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO!!!!!!
