Apartment Review for Poudre Property Services - Fort Collins, CO

Poudre Property Services is the rudest, most unethical, and unprofessional management agency that I have ever experience. Beware of them. Poudre Property Services has illegally entered my apartment. I pay my rent on time, but refused to sign another years lease with them. Two months before my lease runs out, I caught them showing my apartment without my permission, without any advanced notice. My lease states that they have to give me advanced notice. It's illegal for them to trespass, and I feel violated. Poudre Property Services is a sleezy outfit, and they have lied to me on multiple occassions. I am not a studnt; they will take advantage of anyone..
