I lived there for over a year and dealt with numerous problems in my apartment. Bad AC, insulation, heating are problems. Office management unprofessional and sometimes rude, otherwise stays out of your business. Maintenence is sloppy at best, but usually quick. Look foward to dumpster diving and broken into cars at this lot.  Need to rent an apartment?
