Apartment Review for Parkwood East Apartments - Fort Collins, CO

Parkwood East, aka The Arbors at Sweetgrass, is in a nice location, right by Eudora Park, but the managment team's incompentence and discourtsey makes the place unfit to live in. I was willing to forgive when they didn't plow the parking lots after the Christmas blizzard and our cars were trapped for a week---and then they made up a story about not knowing that the lots weren't being plowed. I am willing to overlook the squirrel infestestations that caused an electrical fire in my aparment walls that the management tried to deny occured. But now, after posting that asphalt work would not happen, they towed my car so that they could do the asphalt work --and are making me pay for it. After publicly posting ting that the work would not occur as scheduled! I've lived there a year and half, never paid late or caused a problem but have watched the management lie and do a shoddy job -no more. No more money for rude Vickie and her bumbling squad.
