Apartment Review for New Colony - Fort Collins, CO

I lived at new colony for a year and had the most awful experience. The maintenance is good, but everyone in the office does not care about their tenants. I saw a guy choke his girlfriend and when I told the office they acted like i never said anything. In the end I got looked at as a horrible tenant for reporting the inappropriate behavior I saw throughout the year. Don't live here it is not worth the headache.
