Apartment Review for New Colony - Fort Collins, CO

This apartment was the cheapest we could find at the time. We figured it wasn't too bad and decided to move in. Boy were we wrong! Want to hear absolutely everything your neighboors do?Then this is the place for you! I can hear when my neighbor takes a shower, goes to the bathroom, and if he farts loud enough I can hear that too. I can hear him fornicating with his occasional one night stands, and my other neighbors play their music so loud I can hear that too. I like my neighbors theyre nice people, I dont blame them for their noise, I blame the apartment! My windows have been broken since we moved in. But other then that my fix it man has done a good job. Our sink was clogged and he fixed it speedily! The cinder block really sucks as far as making the apartment homie. Parking sucks on my end. There is never a spot infront of my house especially when it snows. When I was pregnate I had to park clear down the street from my place. I hated it. But Ill definitely say you get what you pay for&and that aint crap! So if u absolutely need a place to live then do it up. If not RUN RUN as fast as u can in the other direction! I cant wait to move!
