Apartment Review for Landmark Apartments - Fort Collins, CO

I would have to disagree, I have lived here almost 3 years and have had 2 roommate swaps. Not only was I completely aware of the lease but so were my roommates. I have never had any issues or confusion regarding anything with my lease or the deposit. The office staff goes above and beyond anything that I would expect. They do their best with helping to find someone that you can live and get along with and also have come in to my apartment to assess damages when they were not required to do so. I do not plan on moving anytime soon and would encourage anyone who likes an exceptional place to live with great people and an amazing staff.
