Apartment Review for Landmark Apartments - Fort Collins, CO

Apartments look nice, but closet doors are really cheap and fall off all the time. The washer dryer unit in my apartment caught on fire, and it took about 3 weeks to get it fixed ... meanwhile the on-site laundry facilities were pieces of crap ($3 to dry small loads). There are significant signs of water damage on the kitchen floors, and apparently the washer flooded the apartment before we moved in. Carpet is REALLY cheap and balls of it are everywhere, no matter how often it's vaccuumed. No disposals in sinks. Pool is really crappy. Noise level is great, except I hear my obese neighbors above me ALL the time. Maintenance is fairly fast at responding to concerns and trying to fix things. I do love the lay out, and how close they are.
