Apartment Review for Landmark Apartments - Fort Collins, CO

Although I have only lived in these apartments since July 1st, I have really enjoyed living here. I have brand new carpet and paint throughout the apartment, ceiling fans in two of the three living rooms, as well as a brand new washer/dryer unit. The staff has been awesome since the first time that I looked at the place back in February, even though their staff has changed frequently since then. Now the staff is stabilized, and they are very helpful. Any time that I am over by the office, they say hi and know my name as well as the name of my dog. I have had a couple of maintanence requests of things that I didn't notice right at move, and they came in within a week to fix it - even though they had told me that it would probably be longer. Overall, I have been really happy with my experience at these apartments. They have really been awesome. The creek that runs through the complex does smell, but so does spring creek which is very close by as well. It happens when you have a body of water that doesn't move around and is stagnant. I love the apartment and would recommend this apartment to anyone. I have been very pleased, as have been my roommates. Rent is reasonable for being within walking distance from campus, plus it includes water, trash, high speed internet, and cable. Each of us only pays $300 per month plus electricity. The outsides of the buildings do need to be resided eventually, but they are still in good shape. I would suggest coming out and taking a look at the apartments yourself and make up your own mind.
