Apartment Review for Kensington Place - Fort Collins, CO

I lived in the Kensington for 8 years way back when and I still miss it. There's nothing else like it in Fort Collins. It reminds me of old buildings in the east and midwest, where odd noises in steam radiators are to be expected, as are creaky floors. The charm of the building and convenience of the location far outweighed the lack of modern amenities, for me at least. The Kensington isn't for everyone, but those who appreciate its character will be happy there.
