Apartment Review for Heritage Park Apartments - Fort Collins, CO

The place is a bit overpriced for what you get, but it is close to campus. It has a pretty nice pool with some hot chicks lying around it at times, but you also have to put up with little kids being loud a lot around it. The tenants at H.P. are a mixture of college kids, families and trashers. Be prepared for paper-thin walls and lots of shaking when doors slam. Rumor has it that it used to be section-8 housing and I don't doubt it. Maintenance is allright, but it took them three times to fix a simple bathtub faucet leak. Oh, did I mention that if you jumped on my floor hard enough, you might just fall through it and the people downstairs from me were robbed of all their stuff one night, but I think they were dealing weed and some other ill shit. Other than that, my stay at H.P. was great! The bar was right down the street!
