I've been here about 3 months. I find my 1 bedroom apartment a lot for the money. Over 700 sq feet and the layout is pleasing, not just square room by square room. I'm facing Horsetooth so I do hear the traffic but at night it's very acceptable. Occasional weekend noise from youngsters but management got right on it.  Need to rent an apartment?
