Apartment Review for Fox Meadows - Fort Collins, CO

I moved in to this complex two months ago. The day of moving, the apartment manager had my Uhaul trailer towed. It was parked in a quiet spot of the parking lot where no "NO Parking" signs were posted. So, with the large expense of moving, go ahead and add $150 and a late fee from Uhaul. No, I was never reimbursed. These apartments are in the economy class. I can hear my neighbor snoring at night. The carpet already has a race track worn into it and the toilet seat keeps falling off. The noise from the road outside is so loud, I've nicknamed it the "Timberline 500". The dishwasher is new but is only good for making noise because it doesn't clean anything. There are never enough parking spots; and, if you attempt to park anywhere but perfectly aligned in one of the few designated spots, you will be taking the bus down to the tow shop to get your car out of impound. Now, I would be willing to let many of these complaints slide normally; but, the high price and unprofessional management of this place really ticks me off. So, with the many different choices of apartments in Ft. Collins, be smart and stick with a company who will treat you like a paying customer should be treated.
