I lived here for 3 months and liked it a lot. It's quiet, plenty of parking, the grounds are well kept and well lit. Very safe. Not sure about pricing as my company paid for my stay. Only downside is the location. It is at the farthest Southeastern section of town.  Need to rent an apartment?
