Apartment Review for Drake Manor Management - Fort Collins, CO

This is a very unprofessional leasing company and i DO NOT recommend leasing from them!! If anything goes wrong with the place, for example when our dishwasher broke and began leaking from the bottom, they will find a way to blame and charge you for the damages even if it was in no way your fault. Also, they find every little ridiculous detail they can to take money out of your deposit. They really try to take advantage of college kids especially, and renting from them has caused all sorts of stress and drama trying to fight them for money that they kept but should not have!
