This property rental company of sketchy. They look for any way to make extra money from charging you for small items that should be covered. They charge you a rug cleaning fee as well, no matter how clean you leave the rugs, and they aren't upfront with all of the extra charges they lay on you to take out of your deposit! WATCH OUT!~  Need to rent an apartment?
