Apartment Review for Courtney Park Apartments - Fort Collins, CO

Apartment was dirty when I moved in, carpet was nasty, nothing was cleaned. Unit has 7ft ceilings, you rake your knuckles on ceiling just taking off a shirt. Heater and Dryer did work well, had to run constantly to warm apartment or dry clothes. Had both looked at by maintenance many times without being fixed. Apartments are 30+ years old and look it, they claim to be luxery, but way overpriced for what you get. Moved out 2 months ago and still waiting on deposit, getting run around by office. Save time and money, don't look at and don't rent.
