Apartment Review for Colins West Apartments - Fort Collins, CO

That previous review was obviously written by Collins West management, right down to the intentional typos that are supposed to make it sound as though the thing had been written by a college student. This place has a well-earned reputation for keeping your security deposit without justification. On my apartment, the windows did not close properly, and management refused my request to repair them, even after a serial rapist had broken into a couple of the buildings and sexually assaulted female residents of Collins West. The construction of the buildings is of remarkably poor quality, so noise pollution is a huge problem, and management ignores complaints about loud music and partying. For the same price, it's easy to find a better apartment in Fort Collins. For just a few dollars more, you can get a much nicer, safer place. Some of the people in the Collins West office are very nice, and I bear no grudge against them. It's not their fault that their employer behaves that way.
