Apartment Review for Caribou - Fort Collins, CO

I lived here for about 6 months and we've had problems from day 1. The manager is rude and rarely in her office. She leaves signs up that she's out on "administrative business" and will return at a certain time and she's at least an hour late. There are a lot of college students that live here, so it's loud, our neighbors upstairs play loud music all night on the weekends and the neighbors on the side of us fight all the time. The neighbors below us smoke like trains either on their balcony or in the master bath, so our bathroom smells like smoke all the time. Some of the residents that live here look like thugs and I'm afraid to be in the parking lot after the sun goes down. The construction is cheap, as well as the appliances and the carpet that are in the apartments. Our dishwasher doesn't close and the showers are so small it's difficult to shower without knocking anything over or being stuck to the shower curtain. I would only recommend this place to someone that can't afford anything else.
