Apartment Review for Caribou - Fort Collins, CO

I moved here because the rent was reasonable and the apartments are in a decent part of town. That's where the "niceties" stop. The manager is a nightmare! She's rude and never in the office when you need to get a hold of her. She also never answers the phone, it always goes to voicemail. The tenants are loud and most of them look like a bunch of thugs. The construction of the apartments is cheap....Our dishwasher doesn't close because the cubby it's in is too small and the showers are probably the cheapest inserts they could find. They may be cheap, but I'm finding out there's a reason.
