Apartment Review for Caribou - Fort Collins, CO

I lived here for about six months. The unit itself was in fairly good condition because i move in when it was brand new. However the screen door was not installed properly and drawer fronts fell off all the time. We left a car on a jack in the parking lot for half a day while purchasing the parts to fix it. We came back and had a notice that the car was scheduled to be towed the next day! We went to talk to the managers and of course they were gone. I had an extremely difficult time ever talking to a manager as there is a sign up 90% of the day saying they are "on tour of the property." I have been out for three months now and have not received a penny of almost 900 dollars of rent deposit owed to me for pet rent and security deposit. I have made ten to fifteen phone calls during OPEN HOURS and only been able to talk to them four of these times. They play stupid about my money acting like they can't do anything more to help. Looks like i'm going to have to take legal action to see my money again. Living here is ok if you don't mind not having anyone available to pay your rent to or to come fix things that are broken. The staff is useless. Sure, the rent is fairly cheap but I would never recommend this place to anyone.
