Apartment Review for Argyle At Willow Springs - Fort Collins, CO

Current manager is terrible.3-4 times, everybody had to move the cars and park outside, 3-4 times maintenance went in all apartments, poor snow removal,she raised the rents more than 10% for 4 months (that's right %30 per year), cancelled the weekly club house breakfast and made it bi-weekly.If you move in, you will see how much rent increase you will get and see what I mean. This complex was perfect and I enjoyed living there but ever since the previous manager left, everybody has been unhappy and the current manager forces everybody out by asking way too much rent. Do not move there until she is fired.
