Apartment Review for Whispering Pines - Fort Collins, CO

My experience with Sandee has been nothing but horrible. I have called the police on her many times for harassment and she knows when I call them and she leaves!!!! She wont help you with any of your problems. She just sits there makes up lies about the place, and tells you how much people love living there, and then after you sign your lease, and pay first months rent, she does a 360 and finds every excuse to try and kick you out. It is impossible to take a peaceful shower...you share a water heater with whoever you connect bathrooms with, if they flush, run water of any sort, you will get burned, and burned bad! over the snow we have had this winter, they have not once plowed the parking lot. Every night I was getting up at 10pm or later to help push people out of the holes left because of the ice! Maintenance is great, when he gets the reports. I have never had a problem with Maintenance, but I have always had a problem with Sandee. Please, whatever you do...don't rent at Whispering Pines. I do not want anybody to go through everything that I did. Find a different place if you would like to have your freedom that the USA gives you! She will try and take away your rights!
