Apartment Review for Whispering Pines - Fort Collins, CO

I have lived here for a few months now and I HATE it. There is water damage on the celing. I can't get my air fixed (its 100 degrees outside and 90 in the apartment...and i've put in 4 requests) the staff is HORRIBLE. I was gone out of town for a weekend, and I came home from work the following monday and there was a notice that I was being fined for throwing a cig butt off the balcony...when i wasn't here for the weekend!!! The front office lady Sandee is very rude, never returns your phone calls, and is making a huge display when she is in the wrong!!! I will be moving out as soon as my lease has ended. It may be a cheap place to live, but it is way too cheap...you get what you pay for i guess.
