Apartment Review for Whispering Pines - Fort Collins, CO

Rebuttal to the only review made on 5/4/2005:

Your accusations about Ron Helten and the maintenace man Gary are obviously without documentation. If this maintenance man entered apartments whenever he wanted and you knew about this, how is it that the police reports are blank in this area? Costs 7 dollars at the FC police department to find out. I did. The Landlord/Tenent act clearly states how a tenent and the landlord shall be treated. I you are lucky to have an eighth grade reading level, you should cifer that everyone has a common sense to attitude not to believe you. The property is now 35 years old. How many apartment complexes in this town are that old? When Kim, the previous manager, and Gary, the most caring and concientious maintenace technician I have ever met, were there, improvements were made in all areas. Also, let us not forget about Jonette, the best envirnmental technician around. Between 2002 and 2005, the property and its relations with the tenents improved dramatically, and if you could read the tenent comments on some of the 30 day notices to vacate, you will find that 90% of the comments favored Kim, Gary, and Jonette. My experience that with the comments made on 5/4/05 you must have been evicted from the property because only people like you make those comments because you have nothing to lose by spitting out accustions and seeing where they land. Have documentation in hand before you start penny pinching comments out into the public. Oh, by the way, YES, Ron Helten is a slum lord. The sewers and plumbing are disentigrating, the pool needs to be torn down and rebuilt, no playground equipment, 24 hour " hang out your door parties "! The list goes on. It is fact that all of the managers here had no previous Property Management experience with the exception of Kim and Sam. Even Gary is CAM1 AND CAM2 certified. This property has one unique problem though: all the managers do not practice professional distancing, the art of not getting involved with your residents, regardless if it's dating, drinking of spirits, gossiping, and yes, dragging residents into other apartments and stealing. THERE IS NO PROFESSIONAL DISTANCING AT THIS PROPERTY. Give a big round of applause for Sam, Kim, Gary, and Jonette. They are the reasons that the property made it to its present birthday!
