This place is a complete disaster....!!!!! Everything is falling apart! I moved in and my medicine cabinet fell off the wall. The hot water heater gives me about 10 min of a hot shower, dishwasher doesnt work, neighbors party all nights of the week with outrageously loud, obnoxious music and no one does anything about it! Maintenance has walked in on me sleeping several times.. (very awkward). On top of that I pay 600$ a month to live in this sh*t hole...! DO NOT LIVE HERE...! There are sooo many other places in Fort Collins that you can get something worth your money!  Need to rent an apartment?
