Apartment Review for Rams Pointe - Fort Collins, CO

the only thing nice about this place is the model they set up to fool you into thinking this is a nice place to live. dont fall for that bullshit!! nothing in the model is what you actually move into!!! me and my roomates almost had a heartattack when we walked into our shithole. They wouldnt let us move in a coupe days early because they were "cleaning everything up".....hahahhahh all i can do is laugh because if thats what they call cleaning i think they need some serious help. we walked into an apartment that had stained carpets, broken lights that maybe worked when you turned it on the 100th time, a dryer that never dried anything, a washer that leaked water all over our kitchen, and a porch light that never worked. i hated living here! i hope you never consider living here because it is terrible. our shower was disgusting. we went to the store and bought soo many cleaners to make it look cleaner. and everything was always broken. everything. our microwave was glue together, and so were our counters.... and our chairs would rip on the corners because they bought the cheapest piece of shit chairs. everything in here is cheap. the only good thing about living here is the neighbors you live by and the people you meet making fun of this place. i have not heard one good thing about living here. i can never find a parking spot and the pool was maybe open for 2 months if that and i havent seen it ever reopen. and the security guards are crappy, they never do anything good when you actually need them but if you turn up your radio they are there to tell you there is too much noise. and we werent even having a party.....oh and i HATED how the maintence people would just walk in at their own desire to "fix" something.... i just said everything is broken how about you just fix the whole place. but they just laugh and walk out. just read everyones reviews and DONT LIVE HERE!!! everybody hates it! i know you will too
