Apartment Review for Preserve At The Meadows - Fort Collins, CO

I don t know what people are talking about below. They were probably evicted and are still angry. I have lived here a while now and I have always loved it. The leasing agents are so friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are very quick to fixing anythig you need fixed. And for college students... Umm I think I ve seen maybe like 10 total students here. That s not many since there are over 200 apartments rented. I ve never had an issue with noise but i do know the apartment community does not put up with noise violations. Before I moved here I checked out several other apartment communities and The Preserve is without a doubt the best. The apartments are big and accommodating to singles, couples, and families. There is a pool, fitness center, and business center. It is very safe here as well. Many people have dogs too which makes it really easy to make friends and meet people. There is also a park right by the complex! It s a wonderful place to live!
