be prepaered for no sleep or just relaxing time....get home noise, be it music stomping or mechanical....parking is horrific...cars hit each other every time they park nobody follows rules on parking..maintenance guys are nice and efficient but the rest of the place is worst ever...you will regret the move here  Need to rent an apartment?
