Apartment Review for Caribou - Fort Collins, CO

I lived here for a total of 8 months..It was a new place that they just finished building and they didnt clean up!! I had to get 6 nails pulled out of all my tires! The office staff is a nightmare. One of the ladies lives there in an apartment attatched to the clubhouse and she is a spy! She went through my trash and found out I had a cat because of cat litter i had thrown away. My boyfriend would come and stay the night a few nights a week because we had busy schedules and never saw eachother. This lady spied on everything we did and she even knew what car he drove. She called asking about his car and who he was!!! NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!! To make a long story short they ended up terminating our lease because we had somebody living with us that wasnt on the lease..Total crap! My boyfriend had his own place and only stayed 2 nights a week!!! she claims that she sees him over every night..Honestly we could have fought it in court and won according to my attorney but that women was a nutcase with a mullet and a pair of binoculars so watch out!!!
